  Usually I see Dr. Crisell. I've been seeing her for kidney stones for the last 14 yrs. Occasionally I've seen a couple of others. They are all great!! The office staff is very helpful.

  The best of the best, I've been introduced to this facility because of bladder cancer.. I don't have the words to adequately Express my thanks to dr. Larson and his staff. Thank you.

  Unfortunately I am typing on my phone so I will make this brief when it deserves much, much more. First, it is important to understand that my condition is unique and very embarrassing. I've seen many doctors and have had many bad experiences with them. I am sometimes treated with contempt, completely dicounted, then turned away. Needless to say, I am very standoffish of the industry and distrusting of it. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE WITH DR. V AND STAFF. I cant scream that loud enough. Dr. V treated me like a human from the very beginning. He took the time to answer my questions (I had a million) and had a very calm bed side manner. He took care of business and was straight to the point. He didn't talk to me like I was a child. The staff reflected Dr. V to the t.(sounds like a rap song) hehe. I feel bad because I might have been to distrusting at the time. If Dr.v or staff are reading this, I apologize if I came on a little like a jerk. This place has shed a positive light on the profession. I thank them again for their hard work. Before I forget, it is also a great value. They deserve every penny

  I had Bladder Prolapse surgery on May 3rd and Dr. Crisell was my physician. She was very professional, kind, respectful and extremely informative. She answered every question I had and never rushed my appointments. I highly recommend her. The front office was an entirely different story. Lois Garfield who is the Surgery coordinator was awesome. She was very thorough, respectful and patient with every question I had. The front desk I found to be rude and uncaring and very unprofessional.
