  Did the 60 minute float session...
  Such an awesome experience, everyone will have a different reaction ..
  Adam was great told me everything to expect, walked me through what to do and made me feel very comfortable.
  The place was Very clean, and everyone was very personable....

  We first visited frost and float as a last resort for "runners knee". We had tried everything! A team mate suggested we give it a try. After 4 spot treatments my soccer player was back in action, pain free. Remarkable as she had been in pain for 6 months, through club tryouts even. The staff is super knowledgeable and so nice they feel like friends. We have since floated-which is wonderful. Have also done full body cryo and the facial for acne with some noticeable improvement. I love this place and everyone I talk to knows this. Thank you everyone at frost and float for keeping my athlete active!
