All nurses are the best,polite and very friendly.
But one of the dentist named Dr.Kim
He does good job but he’s too rude and very impatient.
When approach customers he never introduce himself, never say hi or bye
He didn’t let me talk at all.
Even with the staff when they politely thank him when he performs his responsibilities
He rudely refuses to reply a Your welcome.
When he was working with me he never advised about the inyección I had the gel and he didn’t wait for it to do its job also inyected me on area with no gel , it hurts .
I know this feedback won’t affect the rest of the staff because they are performing Exelent job and I’m so please with them..

My husband and I have been going to Springs Dental for several years. They have provided the best care from root canal and crowns to regular cleaning. Dr. Pulsipher is the best around and Kim his hygienist couldn't be more caring and thorough. Their facility is state of the art and I have referred many of my friends to them. They are truly 5 star!
I highly recommend Springs Dental Care. They provide excellent customer service. I went in for a cleaning and they were able to fill a cavity I've had without having to make an additional appointment. The doctor is very kind and genuine. I appreciate that he doesn't try to sell you on things that you don't really need.
Great visit. I had tooth pain and got an appointment the same day. I went in and found out I needed a root canal and crown. It was taken care of all in the same appointment. I'm used to multiple trips and referrals. Excellent care and service.
