When she waxed my eyebrows, they didn't turn red nor did it hurt! I usually cry when I get them waxed or threaded, but with Ann no tears! I love the way she shaped them. I suck at plucking my brows and I tried to do it prior to getting them wax. She realized it and fixed up my brows to look perfect. Definitely will be a life-long client. My mom also got her brows done too and it was super easy to set up an appointment for the both of us with Ann. She took us in and had a wonderful chat the whole time.
