“Years ago I had a herniated disc in my neck giving me atrophy in my left side I could not use my arm or my hand for weeks. I lost nearly all muscle and my ability to be a musician for two years. In the beginning my pain was so bad that no amount of pain killers were able to relieve it without harming me or knocking me out completely to the point of being dangerous. So I discontinued all medication and Kim started treatments on me. Literally after the first treatment immense pain in my left tricep was so minimal that I basically didn't notice it anymore. After each treatment I got closer and closer to where I am today. There is zero doubt in my mind that without Kim's unique awareness and ability to pinpoint causation in these situations I could've been in a much worse position overal. Her understanding of not only the human body and injury but her ability to also manage the emotional side of what the client may be going through is another huge compliment to Kim's efficacy. “I would recommend this Taekwondo school for anyone with kids! The instructors are really good with all of the kids. My daughter absolutely loves them.! She gets so excited to go to class. My husband loves that all of the instructors have YEARS of teaching and experience under their belts. He use to train back in the 80's and says we found a good school. Master Thomas and Mrs.Thomas encourage the kids to do their best in a warm and fun environment. My daughter works out with Miss Thomas a lot and just loves the work out! She comes home tired. She also practices more as we get home. She's happy. As a parent I am so proud of how much my daughters coordination and confidence has grown in such a short amount of time. We found a great fit for our daughter. The hours they have their classes work great for my family. The locations are convenient too. Located at Valley Wide Recreation it's easy to find them. Im gonna say it again only because it's true. I would recommend this studio to anyone with kids. The program challenges them, and the instructors care.”

“I absolutely love this dental office. They have saved my teeth which I thought that was impossible to save. Not only is the Dentist himself very friendly and caring but so are the assistants. My teeth look so beautiful now, I can't help but show them off. He works at a fast paste but he's very careful. He's amazing with kids. I highly reccomend this dental office for anyone! I used to be so embarrassed with the cavity I had in the front of my tooth but he fixed that up right away and it's as if I never had a cavity.
