I must say that I was impressed by the staff's friendliness; the house is well maintained and equipped, and it is a good location. I felt like i was visiting a family member's house not a nursing or retirement home. I will definitely bring my mom to Golden Girls.”

“everyone was very kind and professional with the exception of the last visit. On the last visit which the office setup for 7/10/18 on the 11th they called to confirm his appointment to which I requested to be moved to ' Thursday the 12th @ 11:30am, I had to take the day off work to take my husband to this appointment that morning around 9:30am while we were getting ready for the appointment the dr's office called and said I don't know why they setup an appointment for him the dr release him last week no apology nothing I missed a day of work for this!! If we would have missed an appointment with them they would have charged us! Very unprofessional!!! I think they owe me the money I lost for my day off. Marjorie Arendse”

“I gave them a 4 because of their billing department. Absolute chaos and no clue how to properly process claims. Medical billers are not responsive until you complain to State board. They overcharge coinsurance, copays, so be sure to check with your insurance companies to know what are your out of pocket costs are. Ive addressed this with Dr. Locke, and Im sure he is working to make it better. However, Dr. Locke is top notch. Their physical therapy department is awesome. Dr. Locke reconstructed my ACL and meniscus. Im now back to martial arts after 6 months. Medical skill is awesome, but their billing department is horrendous. This is definitely the place to go and get your knee fixed. Dr. Locke is also a retired Navy Medical Officer, who did number of this surgeries on Sailors and Marines, so he knows his stuff. I wish I could give him 5 stars, but his billing department really made life difficult.”

“I did not see Dr. Santoro, it was Dr. McGrath who performed emergency surgery on my foot due to an infection. Dr. McGrath did a wonderful job. I no longer deal with any pain or discomfort. He was professional and courteous, as was the staff.”

“Always have had great service here. Staff is professional. Yes, sometimes there's a wait at Urgent Care, that's to be expected. I got a few "side eyes" when I was taken ahead of people who had been waiting. Turns out I had to have my appendix out that evening so.... as they say you are not necessarily seen in the order you arrive. Thanks Kaiser!”

“Wow!! I am shocked at all of the negative reviews. I can't speak to others experiences but mine have always been great! My primary doctor is here, and she is always thorough and friendly. I have come to the lab and pharmacy several times and been seen promptly when I need to give blood, sometimes there is a little bit of a wait at the pharmacy, but they move at a quick and prompt pace. They are also always friendly. Tonight, I was seen in urgent care by Dr. Rinella he was personable, explained my situation to me, and had me taken care of promptly. He even apologized for the wait which I did not believe to be that long since I was in urgent care. Once again I am very surprised at the negative reviews.”
