“My little fur baby got some flu infection and collapsing trachea. I’ve called a lot of veterinary clinics and this clinic only understood my emergency situation and gave me appointment right away. The place itself is nice, clean and cozy. Dr. Brown is very intelligent and knowledgeable, treats you with respect and answers all your questions with no rush. You also can feel that she cares about your little one. This is very important to me. No overcharges, just right medications were prescribed. I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic like one of the best of my experience. Amazing people work there.”

“My wife entered Encompass on June 29 / 2022 for a 2wk stay. She broke her hip and had surg a few days prior. Although a rehab facility in my opinion is a must, due to 2 past experiences I was somewhat apprehensive. When she arrived I had to chk in with the guard for the usual COVID stuff. He saw that I was obviously concerned having never been in the center before. He said, "you may not believe this but when peoples' 2wk stay is over they don't want to leave". I laughed and said "well, the jury is out on that one". I had elected to stay with my wife for the full 2wks sleeping in a recliner. I didn't trust anyone even though they had very good reviews. During the next 2wks I saw positive care to the likes that I could not believe. When my wife would push the button for help either the RN or CNA on duty would be in her room within a minute and a half and give her such concerned care the I was pleasantly amazed. When they would come by for their routine bp chk or pill giving they ALWAYS took extra time to chk her over, making sure she wasn't wet or uncomfortable in any way.The attention, response time and care that she got was off the charts. The only reason that I didn't rate Encompass a 10 was because the starts only went to 5.”

“If you want to be treated like you're the only patient they have and if you are tired of being treated like nothing more than an insurance claim, Look. No. Further. From the first instant that I walked into the clinic, I was greeted warmly, asked graciously to put on one of their masks for safety, and get this..... the front desk staff was Genuinely concerned with how I was doing today. I have a HUGE issue with any medical establishment that forgets they're people too. I have worked in Navy Medicine for the last 10 years. Prior to that I was a civilian MA and an LVN. I know it is hard sometimes to smile, check people in, and keep a pleasant disposition so Thank You very much for making that effort. I would also like to compliment RFMG's "closed loop" contact system. They couldn't perform my ultrasound on site. It wasn't even a whole 2 days before Liz from the clinic called and said my Ultrasound results were in and she would be calling me personally once they were reviewed. Same with the labs. “I’m three months post back surgery and have been working with Kirsten mostly. It took me three PT places to find the right fit for my needs. First they took the time to understand my goals and where I wanted to go. The first few weeks didn’t feel like a cookie cutter program and felt tailored to my specific restrictions. As time went on, I was safely and slowly pushed thru different exercises and movements. Even on some really frustrating days and a few set backs, the team (Adam, Andrew, Sara, Ivy etc) always worked as a team and ensured my motivation stayed high. Top that with they run a tight ship and are on top of everything from scheduling appointments to assistance understanding my workouts for the day. Last week I was able to pick up my 3 year old thanks to the attention to detail to my progressive rehab.
