  The salesman, Floyd did a great job. We did Not feel pressured, he took his time and showed us mattresses in all price ranges & gave us space to talk & make decisions. We had a warranty replacement & also purchased another bed & base for the spare bedroom. Nice people, nice company to do business with

  Placed order over the phone with John. When I called knew exactly what I was looking for even though that mattress was not in the store. I had talked with a few different stores prior to calling John and known of them knew EXTRA FIRM was an option. Even more impressed after going down and paying for mattress. John was professional and personable along with being knowledgeable regarding the mattress, perfect combination!

  We had a fantastic experience. We met Jon when we came into the store and proceeded to show us the Purple brand mattress I had researched and showed us other models to compare and try out. He welcomed us to try them out and to take our time. We proceeded on trying out all of them and more. When we were done Jon came back and helped us with all of our questions. When we finally decided on the model mattress Jon helped us further by helping us with pricing and delivery (which came in fast and the delivery guys were great setting the bed up). If you’re in need of some help selecting a mattress you need to talk to Jon, he’s the man you want.

  Firstly I called the store to see if I could try the purple mattress. The gentlemen helping me on the phone was Tim and was very thorough with what models were on the floor to try and what was in stock. We were greeted by Tim when we arrived who walked us through the different options available. He recommended we try the mattress selecting tool which actually was a special mattress with sensors that gauged our weight and sleeping positions to best narrow our choices to find the best match which made me feel more confident with selecting the perfect one. Tim seemed very knowledgeable of the selection process and left us to do our thing most of the time which I enjoy thoroughly as opposed to a sales person hovering over us as we try our mattresses. We decided on a mattress and Tim was instrumental in guiding us through the purchase process. Overall very happy with our experience, excited to start getting a better night's sleep and grateful for having Tim as our sales guide.

  Just came in from out of state. Needed a pillow for my entry level amazon mattress while I save up for a nice mattress like the ones they sell here. Tim Blackmon was incredibly helpful, spent an exorbitant amount of time helping me choose the perfect pillow.
