After experiencing a catastrophic Transmission failure I was feeling a bit anxious about not only the cost but the long term quality of repairing my transmission. I reached out to Norco Auto Tech and connected with Steven and immediately felt at ease that I had found the right repair shop to assist me with my situation.

It took a couple weeks but Steven was very communicative regarding the stages of the repair and the overall costs. I received my vehicle back in a timely manner, with some additional repairs done.

And it feels good to say that I can trust the craftsmanship of my Transmission Rebuild. I can feel that when I’m driving the car, I can trust that the repair was done correctly without cutting corners.

I am highly satisfied with my experience working with Steven and Norco AutoTech. Will absolutely be recommending them to friends for any large auto repairs.

Thankful for people like Anthony! I seldom ever write reviews but felt compelled to mention how impressed I was with Anthony and the staff at Norco. While driving from Sherman Oaks to San Diego to see my father, who had just suffered a heart attack, my Jeep Grand Cherokee began misfiring on the 91 freeway. The car was vibrating terribly and idling poorly. Fearing that I wouldn't make it to the hospital, I stopped in Corona to find help. I called 14 auto repair shops including the Jeep Dealership (which was absolutely terrible at attempting to help) and everyone said they were too busy to offer any advice. Thankfully, my 15th call was to Norco. Anthony heard me out and offered to at least diagnose my car during the lunch break. And although his company was busy and couldn't fit my car in for service, Anthony took time out of his lunch to run a test on my Jeep and help me identify the problem. Finding the cause, he assured me that I would make it to San Diego without being stranded. And he was right. Thankfully I made it to the hospital to see my father and was able to get my car into a repair shop down south. I offered to pay him for his time but he would not accept. He wished me best of luck with my dad and said he was glad to help. Solid, solid guy. Tremendous respect. Thanks Anthony.

I can't thank Anthony and Steven and their crew enough. Very honest and provide quality work. I was at the point of getting rid of my truck but they changed my mind and I'm glad they did. Customer for life.

I brought in my 2010 Camaro SS last week and they discovered issues that played into why my car wasn’t running to its full potential as well as finding the leak I went in about. I agreed to let them fix all diagnosed issues and now car runs better than it did when I bought it. It had a bit of work done to it, but I respect this shop because they give me the option to fix and what to leave alone and pricing before they fix things. Very honest shop, I see why my parents trusted them with our classic cars. Also, very good to see Anthony and Steven still here! Very good business, good communication, honest employees and owner, precise work and when they check your car, they check EVERYTHING, even the dealership didn’t do this.. Highly trusted, only shop I trust with my car.
