  Great customer service and communication. They were sent by AHS (home warranty) to fix a pipe. Robert fixed the problem and arrived on time. Very happy customer.

  Great customer service! Great communication about when my water heater would be in. Owner I believe was Dave was extremely nice and did the job clean and quick! Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends!

  I do not post many reviews.
  
  However, my experience was so exceptional with this company that I felt compelled to write one.
  
  I am a 52 year old home owner. We have an elderly person living here.
  
  We heard about this company through our home warranty company ACH.
  
  The main water line entering my home broke and we needed it fixed correctly and quickly.
  
  Plymwr was very understanding and even worked very late into the evening to make sure that my water was fully restored.
  
  I can not say enough good things about them.
  
  They are highly responsive and the price was right!
  
  They showed up on time, figured out the challenges and got the job done.
  
  We all know how scary it can be calling a plumber.
  
  I will be a client for many years to come and will let all my friends know.

I call them at 951-956-6108. They dismiss my call, simply stating that "they don't have time to come" and "they don't know who made the appointment". So, here I am, with three boys and no functioning toilet.
