Great place to go. Friendly, fast and price was awesome. Receptionist was Friendly and had an awesome smile.

Researched surrounding areas for the best price for DOT physical and a place that had the best reviews. This was the number one spot. Not only did their price of $70 beat all surrounding places, the average cost can range from $85 to $139 with or without insurance. Kaiser Permanente quoted $139 as their insurance doesn't cover DOT Physicals apparently. The location was easy to get to. Dr. Holder was great, he was clear, concise and quick to get you in and out. He deserves 5 stars for understanding that time is money for truck drivers. I will definitely be back and send others to this location.

Went to take my DOT exam. Had some questions. All were answered. And Dr holder gave me some advice on my situation as well. Dr. Holder is a really cool guy and truly has the best interest for Drivers. If any of you are looking for a place to get your exam taken, go here. you will not regret it. Worth every dollar and I'll be back.

Would recommend, my husband needed a DOT exam and we were able to get an appointment on a Saturday at his San Bernardino Office. Excellent service, in and out pretty fast. Doctor is very knowledgeable and friendly. Speaks a little Spanish, so that made it a lot easier for my husband to communicate with him.
