  100 % ******* 10 Star-Rated experiences everytime my friends, referrals, or I visit Amped Batteries. I say the word, " visit" because you get 100% full- service. Looking to buy batteries look no further, They do it all. I am happy to have this Family-owned Battery Business near me.
  
  But what I'm about to share with everyone who reads postings of businesses and believe that they're all true before they go there and will only go there based on highest versus lower ***** /reviews. Listen up!!!
  
  **Okay everyone please read the following this is all based on true events**.
  
  It was about a week ago or so, while I was there at Amped Batteries to pick up a special order for my 72' Chevelle.????
  
  So in walks 2 individuals Dude and lady both with different Batteries. one battery look like it was involved in some kind of accident cuz corner of the battery was missing and the other battery I just looked like it's been sitting at a junkyard for like 20 years.
  Anyway these two characters said the purchase the batteries last month from this locations and wanted to get a warranty replacement/ exchange on both batteries.
  Know keep in mind it's myself, a family of four, and another gentleman inside the store. We're all listening to these two individuals as they claim to have purchased there batteries from here, okay? The business owner talks to them and ask for a receipt which they don't have.
  Now I know firsthand that these batteries are not from the store and everyone else here as well.
  
  The 2 individuals go ape-poop-crazy!
  Verbally name-calling the Owner and threaten to hurt the owner's business if not given 2 Batteries for there 2 junk batteries!
  
  Then what I heard come out of their mouth, ( scammers mouth) just blew my mind.
  
  Again, what you have read and what you're reading did happen.
  
  This guy claimed 2 have employment at a social media Enterprise and would deliberately and with bad intentions start posting bad reviews after bad reviews until it's out of business due to bad, (Fake) reviews.
  
  This guy and lady are Crazy and have too much do down time or scam people for money, materials, or whatever they want from anyone! Crazy right ?
  
  At this point all of us who had witnessed these had had enough and I myself call the police on them and they left immediately.
  So just keep an eye out for a couple, the guy is Caucasian, and the lady appears to be Mexican both look to be mid - late thirties of age.
  But their MO is to post bad reviews if they don't get what they want. And it looks like they do post bad reviews under different alias names, they post one after another. They're not very intelligent they make it obvious.
  
  I almost could guarantee you they're going to post another bad review posting on this business by this time tomorrow and the following day and the following day so don't believe all the last 6 -9 ruse especially if they're back-to-back-to-back how pathetic.
  
  What a society we live in today with a bunch of cry babies that don't know how to get a job and earn a living and make money to buy things they want and need. Instead they choose to go to the criminal way the lazy way.
  And if they don't get what they want they use social media as Leverage, blackmailing, or threatening in order to get what they want for free. And if you don't comply they'll crippled your business.
  
  Just take this into consideration everyone, you can buy good review ratings but you can write bad review ratings for free. Wow , think about the leverage that does to all the cry babies out there I'm not saying all the complaints are false I'm just saying that the first five or whatever they're on this place are probably this guy that was at the store.
  
  Don't believe all bad reviews until you experience it yourself.
  
  Keep on doing your thing amped batteries you guys rock.

  Amped Batteries you Rock. Your top notch customer service has earned yet another customer for life. I have already recommend you business to friends and family because you guys are honest and professional from start to finish.
  There were no hidden fees and Mike was transparent, ethical and focused on achieving what I wanted and needed, not throwing any sales tactics on me or blowing me off like other larger businesses have done.
  I explained that I only needed the battery for a few more months before I traded my car and he listened. He could of sold me any type of battery he had available, but instead was very knowledgeable on his product and explained why and how important it is to purchase the correct battery for my car, regardless of it's intent.
  
  Thanks for your help and time. Amped Batteries you guys are unique and we're glad to have heard about you guys through a friend.
