Just had an absolutely wonderful experience with Mesa Fence Co. They quickly came out to our property. Gave us a quote and started and completed our fence to exceed our expectations. We had a vinyl privacy fence installed and a black iron fence above a preexisting retaining wall. Highly recommend this company and Cindy and Brett were great to work with. Thank you for a job well done.
Update: I am very happy and pleased at the way things have been handled. The owner John personally called me the following day to try to get this misunderstanding resolved. He personally came out to do an estimate and I am currently waiting on that email. I've got to switch this rating to a five star for this. The personal customer service definitely changed my view on the situation.
I called last week and the woman on the phone is really nice plus one of my coworkers who has used them before recommended them. I wait a week for them to come out for an estimate. I told them I would have my dogs indoor (which I ended up dropping off at my parents so there was no issues). They were supposed to stop by between 830-930. I left my house at 915am to drop off my kid at school. I had made arrangements with woman on the phone told her I wouldn't be there past that time and she said dont worry we can still come by just leave the gate and fence open and make sure the dogs aren't in the yard(which they werent) so I guess the man came heard a dog barking (which was my neighbors dog!) And just left. No call no nothing. My question now Is why didnt they call me to check! Or call me to say hey we couldn't do an estimate because we heard dogs in your neighbors yard. I called them at 2pm to check in hoping they have an estimate ready lol to my surprise they didnt even go in. So then I ask when is the soonest they can come out again ..."um let me check, Tuesday..." f that. Lazy man could've just called me to verify there was no dog in my yard. They must not need the work or the good word of mouth. Too bad I cant give them 0 stars.
