    I have to share the great experience I had today with Ruben.
    We are in town because in laws r not doing well. I was tasked with getting an older phone set up for my MIL, while my husband sat with his dad his last few minutes at the hospital.
    Needed all kinds of info I did not have. Getting password to phone, Apple sign in, etc. all took time for my husband to respond. Ruben was extremely patient. And kind. While we waited for my husband to respond to texts, I shared a lil with him what was going on. He is a great listener. I wanted to make sure he knows how much I truly appreciated his kindness.

    Sal and Lucy are incredible! Lucy was very helpful when I cane in. Both worked together to assist me and inform me how to resolve my overcharge issues. Today, I was devastated, my phone stopped working due to errors another store made months ago. My father is passing away and I was devastated not to have my phone working. Sal took the time today to listen and help me resolve the actual issue and discovered the error. I will be buying my upgrade from Sal when I get paid in a few days. I thought about canceling my account but I will be upgrading my phone with Sal. Thank you Sal and Lucy! Sal thank you for showing me empathy today.

    My experience here at Verizon was positive, quick, and proficient all thanks to Lucy! She took the time to see what promotions I was eligible for and made sure to square me away in ever aspect. Definitely worth all 5 stars!!!

    Love this place an love the customer service.. We we're very fortunate to have Customer device representative Lucy and she is amazing and helped my daughter find the perfect phone and helped us tremendously as soon as we walked in... if I could give this place and our customer service representative Lucy 10 stars I would definitely do that.. Definitely recommended, ask for Lucy ❤️

    Outstanding Service! The employee Angel was very helpful! His efforts saved all my data on my damaged phone. He thought outside the box and helped me find a solution to situation which had no foreseen solution. Outstanding Costumer Service!!!! I recommend this shop and get your assistance from Angel!
