“Nice staff, I am always greeted by a hello or welcome to our store as I walk in. The shelves are pretty much always stocked, except that the art area has been lacking for sometime now. Once pandemic hit certain items are a hit and miss. I agree with previous customer that at times there are pallets of items in the isles, but hey how do you expect the shelves getting stocked. The only advice I would give is hire more cashiers, there are times I go in for only 1-2 items and I have to wait in a long line just to check out. A lot of time no one is covering the front of the store. And you have to wait for a clerk to come and check you out. That gets irritating at times especially if you’re in a hurry.”

“Andrew is so nice and friendly. He always has a great attitude. He should be training the other staff there because they lack on customer service. He is always so patient and friendly. Even if customers are being rude he always has a smile on his face. The new pharmacist is rude and looks miserable. She has long black hair and when she counsels u on your medication she acts as if ur bothering her. She never gives eye contact or smiles why do these people work in this profession if they are so miserable. Andrew is the best. My grandmother and mother have all been helped by him and we all have the same opinion about him he gives the best customer service!”

“I have been coming here for years. I always have a great experience. Recepcionist are so nice and the doctor explains everything very well. The place is very clean and updated. Wait time for me is very minimal, but then again I am an early bird and always choose the 1st appointment available in the morning and show up on time to avoid delay. All my dental work here has been amazing. I've only had fillings and cleaning with no problems. Will definitely continue to come here.”

“Who your doctor is makes all the difference in your experience. For my first pregnancy I mainly saw Tyrah Mack, and I loved her. She is kind, funny, and she explains things wonderfully. For my current pregnancy I have had to deal with Sylvia, she always seems annoyed, impatient, and she will not fill out any paperwork you might need for your job. You also have to put up with her calling you “mija” and her constant scolding. The nursing staff is also hit or miss, some of the ladies are kind and patient but some are rude and snobby.”

If I was out of state, I would fly out! You really can’t put a price tag on that level of care. Be patient with the staff. “I’m giving this location 4 stars because of Juanita the tech, she is amazing!! I’m a extremely hard stick and she gets it every time no struggle, she listens to me all the time, unlike some others.. I had another tech try and no matter what I told her she did what she wanted, because she knew better! needless to say, it was a epic fail and she got upset and walked away.. now I go in and ask for Juanita ONLY.... if she would leave, I would never go back..”
