He has excellent communication skills-world class customer service and the cabinet was built with experienced craftsmanship. “Nice staff, I am always greeted by a hello or welcome to our store as I walk in. The shelves are pretty much always stocked, except that the art area has been lacking for sometime now. Once pandemic hit certain items are a hit and miss. I agree with previous customer that at times there are pallets of items in the isles, but hey how do you expect the shelves getting stocked. The only advice I would give is hire more cashiers, there are times I go in for only 1-2 items and I have to wait in a long line just to check out. A lot of time no one is covering the front of the store. And you have to wait for a clerk to come and check you out. That gets irritating at times especially if you’re in a hurry.”

“Andrew is so nice and friendly. He always has a great attitude. He should be training the other staff there because they lack on customer service. He is always so patient and friendly. Even if customers are being rude he always has a smile on his face. The new pharmacist is rude and looks miserable. She has long black hair and when she counsels u on your medication she acts as if ur bothering her. She never gives eye contact or smiles why do these people work in this profession if they are so miserable. Andrew is the best. My grandmother and mother have all been helped by him and we all have the same opinion about him he gives the best customer service!”
