  I've been living in this apartment complex since June of last year and I have to say that my experience has been great. The neighbors are quiet, the facilities are always maintained (gym, pool, lounge, office), and the staff is very friendly (Natasha signed our lease with us. She is amazing and always helpful). Anytime I've needed maintenance on the apartment, someone has been out within 24 hours and the issue is resolved. On top of everything, the apartment complex is located in a great area. I go to UCR and this complex is only 10 minutes away. If I had to list a con it would be that the apartments are on the more expensive side; something to consider.

  Great Place! Really enjoy it. But difficult to work from home - the gardeners seem to be working 24/7 and the lawn equipment is quite loud.

I called the office and got a recording. The number given for emergency maintenance in the recording is the wrong number (951-237-20879). Yes, that's right, I called twice to verify my hearing. I called and left off the 9, and only got a full mailbox. I called the only other number on the website (951-684-0132), and it just rang and rang and rang.
