There have been times when Tim (the owner) could have charged us for, or recommended unnecessary work but he didn't. I expect to keep going back when further issues come up.

In automotive service and repair, no accolades can top that feeling. I take my car to Advanced Import Auto Repair because I get everything one expects from an auto repair and service provider. It is the level of efficiency that sets AIAR apart from the franchise auto services as well as other independent service providers. What should be routine service is precisely that. Expeditious, straight forward, and routine: No anxiety or uncertainty to contend with; My need for fast, reliable auto service has been fulfilled. And, I know my mechanic by his first name. My autos finally are in good hands.

(December 30, 2018, 12:56 am)Tim and his son are hands down the best, most honest mechanics I've ever had. I brought Tim a Toyota Sienna to check out before I bought it and he inspected it and convinced me it wasn't a good buy. He was kind, genuine, and very helpful and I left feeling following his advice was 100% the right decision. I've gone to Tim ever since and he always did good speedy work and helped me out even when I was in a time pickle. Even though I live out of town I drive into Riverside because I know that having Tim and his son work on my car I'll get the highest quality of work.
