This place is top of the line. The staff is very professional very friendly and unlike a lot of BMW dealerships they don't try to gouge you on prices.

Excellent customer service from the parts department. I ordered online (twice) all orders were well packed, quickly shipped, all parts and detail instructions were included. Darren in the parts department provided excellent customer service, was extremely knowledgeable on multiple BMW motorcycle systems, also provided great insight when ordering parts. This will keep me coming back to Riverside BMW Motorcycles parts and even sales. I am out of state, and the quality of customers service I received from this business and employee was A+. Thank you

The parts department is great, ask a question and they go out of their way to explain and clarify the answer. It's great going into a place where the employees want to be there because they enjoy the job.
