It's a safe spot and despite being next to the freeway it is also a surprisingly quiet spot as well, but majority of the time it is NOT a very clean lot. 85% of the time there is trash EVERYWHERE, 15% of the time pretty much mostly all of the trash is picked up and in trash bags, but those bags are just thrown in a pile and left in the lot.
