(May 12, 2018, 12:15 am)Superb customer service by a technician that came to turn my gas on after some workers left it off, he came around 7pm...checked every appliance, fireplace, etc...he was very friendly and informative.

The technician arrived a few minutes before the appointment I'd made, he was extremely nice, very careful to make certain his equipment (ladders, tools) did not cause any damage to my office or furniture, and fixed the problem with my heater quickly - and thoroughly. I'd be happy to have him help me with any service problems in the future. The appointment process might be improved; but once made, the work was done the right way. Customer service at its best!
