  I grew up eating these grinders. They’re the best. I have so much respect for how they have been handling the social distant and the mask wearing. They have been safely getting people in and out. The greatest part of it is the food is phenomenal!!

  I have been literally coming to this place for 40 years. Always good. Consistently good. My only problem was when I went the other day, i believe the staff was way to casual. Talking amongst themselves as customers were waiting. No real sense of urgency. With an open kitchen we can see everything. As we are waiting and watching, workers are goofing off. My order sat on the counter and was done. The girl at the counter was talking to another worker. It was clearly not business related. I was about to walk to the back counter to get my own order. I knew it was mine. I might not have been so impatient if the shop didn't smell like an open sewer. It was seriously awful. I usually walk out of places that smell like that. You can't enjoy the food. The whole time I ate my food, i thought about the smell and if my food was contaminating. I did not get sick. Food was still good. My partner had to go outside for fresh air. Anyway, great food nonetheless.

  The sandwich was really good. I got Turkey, bacon avocado and the veggies it comes with is lettuce and tomatoes you can ask to have them add other veggies if you would like. The restaurant is a good place to sit down and eat as well. There is also a separate line to pick up online orders. Nice staff and fast service

  What a great grinder! I went to D’Elia’s on Saturday and purchased three full grinders. One roast beef, one all meat, and a vegetarian. It was very busy, but after a short wait we had our to go order in hand. The full meat grinder was two meals for me, and I enjoyed every bite. My mother told me that she remembered eating here in the 60’s. The prices are reasonable, the food excellent, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I definitely will be going back. I highly recommend this community institution to all sandwich lovers.

  Can't come home without visiting Delia's. So worth the drive from Texas. Girls are very nice and not bad of a wait for the grinders. I don't think it ever slowed down while we were there. In a hurry? Call in your order.
