Great customer service! They are willing to work with you when it comes to prices. They use Carfax as a guideline but worked to adjust a price when compared with Kelly Blue Book.

They let me check out a couple of smaller sedans when I was first starting my car search. They were very open with any damages/repairs/touch ups and let me test drive a couple of cars. I realized I wasn’t quite sure if I was ready to move from a mid size to a small/compact, and told them I’d get back to them after a few days if I found anything else.

They gave me the option to pay for them to reserve it or to just stay in contact with them whether they sell it or not while I was out looking at other cars. I opted to take a risk with the latter, and they communicated consistently with me. I ended up finding a different car, a mid size like my last one, and I told them. There was no resentment or change of behavior, Omid was appreciative I let him know.

I didn’t end up taking one of their cars, so I can’t confidently say my review is a complete one (hence the 4/5 stars), but their customer service, communication, and overall willingness to work with me all made the experience a good one. Omid and Matthew were a great help. If you’re looking for a small dealership willing to work with you, this is a great choice!

Omid and moe at Upick auto dealer were very respectful and very kind. Both of them were very patient with us and they have very good deals ! Probably the best prices Ive ever seen. I was not able to find a better price or car any where else and they took really good care of me and my family. I was very pleased with the way they handled everything! Very professional. I would most definitely come back and buy another car with them. They most definitely have better deals than any other car dealer. Don’t go to moss bros or Toyota ! Come to Upick instead where they have a wide variety !
