  I consulted Mr. Chesley for a DUI charge. I was facing serious charges, including the suspension of my license for 6 months. Not only did I get to keep my license, he also kept the DUI conviction off my record. I would recommend this lawyer to anyone that is looking for amazing results. He is extremely professional, helpful and reliable. He was always available to answer any of my questions and helped keep me calm through the entire process. Mr. Chesley exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier with the results.

  The first thing I want to mention is that in any case the prosecution will bring up on somebody is extremely important to have a lawyer who knows the art of negotiating. That's where David comes in. I've had plenty of lawyers through the years and none of them work as efficiently as this man. This is why I don't think twice, when it comes to making a decision on finding a great lawyer like Chesley. I don't know what I would do without his assistance. Thank you David!

  My first time hiring a criminal lawyer...interviewed several....I was sold on David Chesley. My first meeting with David was over two hours...he immediately put me at ease. David is professional and intelligent, but more importantly he is honest and caring. He told me he would handle everything....and he did.
