  Just had my bicycle repaired and they did an excellent job and they were very expedient! I think Cyclery USA is an excellent bike shop.

  My experience shopping at Cycle USA - Riverside was great. I had the pleasure of working with Steve and he was very attentive and patient with me while I shopped for bikes for my wife and I. He was always professional and dispite me changing my mind a few times, Steve remained patient and willing to help me. Steve was so good along with the other staff that I will now be coming to Cyclery USA- Riverside for all my families cycling needs. Thanks for the great experience.

  Cyclery USA had great selections of bikes and with reasonable pricing but what really separated them from all other Bike Shops I visited was the customer service. They went above and beyond to get the bike shipped and delivered on time. I definitely would shop here again and recommend anyone who's shopping for a bike to stop by.

  Products are top notch and I’m really happy with the Trek bike I purchased at the Riverside store. As for service, both Mark and Steve practice outstanding customer service. I’ve never had a bad experience at USA Cyclery. In the future, I will continue to purchase product and bicycles from the Riverside store.

  I was looking to buy some new tires for my fixed gear bicycle. The cashier helped me find some 700x23's and they were reasonably priced. I paid for a new set and installed them at home within the hour. The tires ride great! Thanks for helping me out 10 minutes before you closed for the day!
