We walked in on May 9, 2018 and Christine helped us out with the cremation process for my mother. By May 14, 2018 Christine had already notified us that my mothers' remainings where ready to be picked up. On May 14, 2018 we received the death certificate via postal mail. Christine went above and beyond with her exemplary customer service skills and rapid responses. She definitely made the process much easier for us during such a difficult time. Christine is compassionate and very down to earth. Highly recommend doing business with Christine.
Sharon was amazing. We met with her while our dad was on hospice at the VA Hospital in Lima Linda about two months before he passed. She laid all the ground work in one easy, caring, and short appointment. After our father's passing she worked directly with the VA on our behalf and took care of everything, including expediting getting his discharge paperwork so he can be interred at Riverside National Cemetery. She also expedited the cremation and death certificates and had them to us within three days. What really put the experience over the top was her agreeing to meet us at 8:30 AM, (an hour before they open), to give us our keepsake with dad's remains, flag, and death certificates. We are from out of state and we're trying to get on the road early. Thanks to Sharon, we were able to. Thank you so much, I would highly recommend Neptune Society to any grieving friend or family member.
