I have been a patient of Dr. Branch for many years. This was the first time at this office. Nurse practitioner Carene was so attentive and took her time with me. The communication with the office is so prompt since they are using digital communication which I appreciate so much.

While I have been a patient of Dr. Branch for more than 25 years at another facility, I recently had my first visit to the Orangecrest Medical Group and couldn’t have been happier. I was able to get a speedy appointment and everyone in the office was friendly and professional. Dr. Branch is a wonderful doctor who takes time to listen to and understand his patients in order to better care for them. I highly recommend him and this medical group!

I was a new patient being seen for a follow up from a different provider. The provider I saw was patient and took time to talk me through all of my questions and my reason for my visit. Then later that same day, the provider reached out to me to check in; I had another follow up scheduled but she didn't want me to wait. Staff was friendly and seemed well organized.
Very good experience overall.
