(September 18, 2018, 10:54 pm)Crossfit Riverside is a great place. The coaches modify all exercises to match each persons abilities. They are so knowledgeable and encouraging. They eliminate the feeling of intimidation and build confidence. The owners, Richard and Steph are such great, caring people. This location is filled with great athletes and inspiring people. I love working out with every one in class. Love this place!

(September 17, 2018, 11:14 pm)I love this place. Workouts are scaled for all ability levels from beginner to advanced. The coaches and other members are super encouraging. I look forward to coming here everyday even when we do dreaded thrusters.

They are dedicated to making their gym a place for people of all experiences and backgrounds in fitness or lack thereof, comfortable and enjoyable. They truly enjoy watching their members meet goals and support them through the process.
