Mission Grove Park

Convenient community to live in! They have new gym equipment so there is enough variety to choose from to get a good work out in and its open 24 hours they even have a sauna open 24 hours right next to it. The office staff are also very helpful and maintenance is really quick with getting the job done.

The gym equipment is well over 5 years old been living here since before then its all the same the elliptical makes an awful loud noise to even use and all equipment is need serious repair and/or replacement. Half of it has been broken or in need of repair or new parts for well over a year and a half now. For the high cost of rent here and it goes up at yearly, our amenities we pay for should be well taken care, the front pool area is awesome the grills get abused unfortunately but the cabanas are rad but some other areas are in need of being replaced sooner not just the front pool area. Other than that frustration of having to pay for a gym outside of this on top of my high rent and it not being available 24/7 either, because I cannot get a decent workout or kids will be playing around on the equipment, its a good place to live all in all, I just want a working gym!!!

I’ve lived here for close to a year, and my overall experience has been a positive one. I remember the day I toured and how helpful the office staff was. Louie toured me and was very informative. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, and has since been quick to help. I feel home here at Mission Grove, and would recommend living here.
