  Being a mom of three little ones I always dread an oil change. I have my regular mechanic who I trust entirely but his mom and pop shop is just not a place to wait an hour with the three littles and my puppy. I drove up to this place today thinking at best they would have a nicer waiting room to accommodate my family while we waited that dreadful hour (with the kids touching everything on Gods green earth)... well much to my surprise it was a drive through oil change!?? I as they guided me into the covered port I couldn’t help but think, “what am I doing and how did I end up here?!” Lol the man kindly walked up and talked me through the entire process. I never had to get myself, my three kids, or the puppy out of the car! And not only that but the costumer service was perfect! By the time I left I figured we might as well be best friends! ?? and that’s not even all!... I was taught how long my car should go before my next oil change and taught why the oil light comes on. He informed me it was time for a few other maintenance things but left the choice with me and didn’t push me at all! I felt so grateful to have this experience and I’ll never go anywhere else again!

  Love the service. Just wish it was a little less expensive. I suppose that is what makes it so quick? They're so professional. Although some of them may not be high end mechanics, the protocol they follow is almost military, that alone gives assurance that they adhere to a code. Plus you sit in your car. That is what I'm talking about. Imagine having to have someone literally in front of you while you do your work. Hats off to that.

  Very efficient, was a long line, but kept checking on everyone, but our service was quick and they stayed after hours to make sure everyone was taken care of! Person I spoke on the phone even told me that there was a coupon & text it too me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
