  Marcos made my experience a great one! he knows a lot about the vehicles and is realistic in everyday use of the car features. As a first time buyer, I felt at ease knowing I was not pressured into a vehicle that was not for me. Greg was also very friendly and understanding when it came to finalizing the numbers. Thank you for this great experience. I am very happy with my 2023 Trailblazer :)

  I was helped by Ivan the minute I walked up to the dealership, everything went smoothly and he was able to walk me through the process of buying my first car! David also assisted me with being able to finance my car and to help me get a good deal! Over all these two gentlemen treated me like family, I felt great about the big purchase I was about to make! They took their time explaining everything and also with the help of Derek I was able to drive off the lot with a new car!

  I had both of my Bolt EV batteries replaced due to the recall. Everyone was amazing and friendly. They ordered the batteries, called me when they were in, set up appointments quickly, and even got both cars done in one day. I asked for pictures and they even sent them. I was just blown away with how painless the whole process was. I know I'll be taking my cars here in the future and recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you so much!

  The most dreaded part of car shopping is that stereotypical car salesman experience. Shopping at Riverside Chevrolet has transformed my outlook on this entire process. Greg Thulemeyer was extremely professional and exceeded my expectations. He understood exactly what I was looking for and was very genuine during our communications. He truly cared about helping me find exactly what I was looking for in a new car, with no pressure to settle for anything else. He was very loyal to me as a customer and saved the vehicle I was interested in (of course I completed the credit application as requested) despite other interest. I have been shopping around with many other dealerships and made the 2+ hour drive to purchase from Greg as Riverside Chevrolet. Customer service is very important to me, I prefer to support businesses that value this. Greg and his team, including Derek provided an unforgettable purchasing experience. I would definitely recommend them for your next vehicle purchase no matter where you’re from, the commute is worth the quality of service you will receive.

  One of my best car buying experiences so far. Obviously dealerships are YMMV but Riverside Chevrolet let me leave with a new car and feeling taken care of. I had been shopping around for a EV, used or new and had done a fair amount of research of my own. It seemed like whenever I would go to browse, kick tires, and try to learn more that the guys from other dealerships either didn't care or didn't know much about EVs.
  
  I had finally found a used Chevy Bolt and wanted to go take another look with my girlfriend to see if this was the right car. When I got there Alfredo took care of me and gave me one of the best car buying experiences I could ask for. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely had my interests at heart. He did not rush me and did not pressure me into anything. He listened to what I had to say and helped me get the best deal that I could. He even got my the rate I was looking for through my credit union but through the dealership. I ended up doing way less work, huge plus!
