I recently had my mother transferred here about 3 months ago and recently discharged to our home. I have to say the staff and care exceeded our expectations. We’ve been to other facilities in San Bernardino area and was recommended to give them a try and I’m glad we did; the prior facility she was at was horrendous and the care was not attentive. My mother gets around better from the physical therapy she received here. I would encourage anyone to give them a try, despite the drive I would prefer my mother coming here again if needed.
My mother is in this facility. I am extremely happy with the staff. They they are respectful to my mother and anything I ask for is done right away. Before coming to this place my mom was in the hospital and she hated it. she cried everyday. when my mom got to cypress gardens everything about her changed. She is very happy and recovering well ❤
My mom's stay at this rehab was very pleasant for her and US! Staff is very informative and helpful and attentive. Mom enjoyed the food they served and activities.
I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking to get great care and rehabilitation for their family member. The facility is very clean , it smells clean!! I was greeted with kindness you can tell everyone actually cares and takes the time ,that is something very important.
