People there were really friendly and made me feel really comfortable
My mom had oral biopsy done on 9/4/18 and all I can say is excellent service! Thank you so much doctor Gabriel Gabariain the surgeon who took good care of my mom. The nurses were all great, made my mom and I feel at ease. We really appreciate the great service. Thank you to everyone at Glenwood surgery center we couldn't be more satisfied in the care given.
The nursing staff is outstanding and second to none. Great nurses !!.. I can't say the same for their front office especially their billing. Good luck getting your money back if you overpay them. Billing does not answer calls ( unless you owe them I would assume). I would definitely go back for a surgery but next time they can bill me after the service so I don't get overcharged.
The staff was awesome! Even while sitting in the waiting room waiting to be called back a staff member ask me if I was cold and offered me a warm blanket. While in pro-op they continued to be concerned about my warmth. This was my first time here and they made me feel very comfortable, answered every question I had and kept my family well informed. They are very compassionate, kind and PATIENT. You very seldom see all three qualities in the health care profession these days. I also received a card in the mail a few days later wishing me a speedy recovery. How awesome is that? It blew me away. I would definitely recommend Glenwood Surgery Center. Keep Doing what you do guys. Keep Caring. Its much needed. Thank you caring for me.
