The coaches are great and friendly
The workouts are always different everyday and maybe the reason why I am committed to this box.
Bootcamp x2 times a week and the rest are strength training days during the week.
Open Saturday's in the a.m and closed during most major holidays!
Classes are a not huge and groups here are friendly.
If you are looking to build endurance, shed some weight and build some muscles than you might want to give this place a chance!
(November 6, 2017, 8:11 pm)Love, love, love this gym! Super knowledgable certified coaches that consistently push you to achieve your goals! Immaculately clean gym and restrooms! They even have a shower too!
I look forward to every class (CrossFit or BootCamp) that I attend because of the challenging (but not too challenging) nature of the workouts. No two workouts are the same so I'm never bored which helps keep me on track.
I highly recommend giving this gym a try!
