  Best customer Service in all Inland Empire! I needed a flower arrangement to get deliver last minute on a Sunday afternoon and Alina didn’t hesitate helping me out. She did everything possible to get it deliver that same day, I call that great Customer service. I even got a curtesy notification that my item was delivered! From now on when ever I need to purchase flowers I won’t look nowhere else. I will go straight to Alinas florist.

  I needed to send some flowers to a friend in Riverside and i looked online to find a florist. I came across several shops but what caught my eye was all the positive reviews for Alina's Flower Shop. The moment i talked to her on the phone i knew i made the right choice. The flower arrangement was delivered as promised and it was beautiful. She went as far as to text me a picture the beautiful arrangement and let me know that it had been delivered. I highly recommend this florist shop.

  So very happy with this order! I live in NC and wanted to surprise my daughter in Riverside, Ca with a gift! The lady who owns the shop was beyond helpful, kind, and I can see she has a passion for her craft! Would highly recommend! Thank you Alina for making this special day happen for us!!! Excellent customer service and more than. I expected !!

  I live in WA, and wanted to send some flowers to my mom. All the commercial places were so pricey and the bouquets were not quite what I wanted. I called Alinas after finding their yelp and instagram. They do deliver and we’re able to get this beautiful bouquet in hours. They sent me a photo of the bouquet and communicated through text promptly. I messed up the delivery address and they were so nice about it. My mom was so happy with the flowers and I was very happy with the service. This will be the first of many orders from Alinas! Check out the Instagram, they have so many gorgeous and different arrangements.
