Shun answered his phone promptly and was very patient explaining everything to me. He did not pressure me in anyway, was very flexible with our wishes and his prices were more than fair. Having Shun and his team take care of my mom was a big relief and a blessing to our family. I highly recommend - he is an honorable man.
