I just wanted to share what an amazing experience my husband and I had last night. After going to Aaron's and getting horrible customer service I searched on Google and found Mattress Firm. We received AMAZING customer service from Julissa!!! She was helpful and friendly, she took her time and answered all of our many questions. The best part is we get our new mattress delivered tomorrow ? Mattress Firm we will be shopping with you for any and all of our mattresses needs. If you check them out you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Julissa! I will add another review tomorrow about the delivery service.

Drew was great, he was polite, informative and didn't push anything on us, he showed us all the options that matched our needs. Great customer service. I can't wait to get our brand new bed and adjustable bed frame. I will be recommending all my friends and family to mattress firm.
