I explained my situation to them. Isaac was super kind and understanding of my needs. He reassured me that it was no problem to change to the car that I needed. I personally had the best experience here. I was back on the road very quickly. They were great!!

(September 23, 2022, 3:45 pm)Not all dealerships are alike. The Riverside Avis on University has the best staff, very friendly and. conscientious. They had exactly the car I reserved, and it was ready when I needed it. This is not always the case at other locations so I will always use this location from now on!
