I thank Dr. Valentine & Dr. Luchie for finding out my health issues and getting to the bottom of it and actually helping me out fixing what other Dr.s at another city could not find or couldnt take care of ; they went above and beyond to find my issue ;getting to the root of my problem and fixing it and thanks to them its under control and havnt seen them in over a year! Im in good health so the only reason to go is to get my yearly check up!! And when i go the most i ever waited in the waiting room is 45 minutes when they were super busy but always took their time to listen to your issues at hand and made sure you were taken care of and the least time ive waited was 15 min.!! When it comes to your health its important for the Dr to take his/her time with you to listen carefully to you and get to the bottom of the issue and fix it! And they are so very careful now with all this pandemic,making sure everyone is safe cleaning perfectly well for every new patient that comes in! They follow all the guide lines so everyone is safe and confortable! Hands down,theyre the best in my opinion! And the staff is caring,super nice,they know you by name they make sure you make your yearly check ups on time and very professional! Very caring sweet staff! “I took my daughter to see Dr. Chet Cartwright and he was extremely impressive. This was our fist time to visit this office. The receptionist I believe was Caroline, was very knowledgable and professional. I was very skeptical of this first time visit as I only go to a select few of doctors that I only trust. I had recently changed insurance and chose this office from researching reviews. Dr. Cartwright made us feel so comfortable as if he had been apart of our family for years. He was so thorough and took his time patiently explaining in detail reasons for the cause. Where can you find a true doctor that does that? Nowadays, you go to see a doctor and they impatiently give you prescriptions, “here, take this and you will feel better” without explaining the side effects of the medication, only to cause another symptom.. and rushes you out of the office as if you were on a time clock. Dr. Cartwright listened to every concern we had and visually showed us and explained his conclusions which gave us a better understanding rather than leaving us feeling unsure like many doctors do. He was very humble and genuine which is such a quality that is so hard to find. I am truly grateful to have found Dr. Cartwright, as I am assigning my whole family to go to him. He is a true doctor, that is such a rare find. I trust my family with him. My daughter and I thank you Dr. Cartwright for being simply you. =) We cannot thank you enough.”
