“I love this mobile home park so much, I have made it my home. It took some time to finally get my home due to complications with escrow and the seller. Marilyn and Joey(park managers), really went over and above to make sure I got my home. This will be the last home I purchase, and it is my hope that one of my children will want to stay in the park, should something ever happen to me. I have wonderful neighbors who will do anything they can to help their neighbors. We are all family here. One of the things I like most about this park is that I only pay one bill a month. My rent and all my utilities are all in one. It is so easy.”

“Tired of lousy and over priced mechanic shops ????? This place is affordable! You can bring your own parts but honestly if you buy them from Autozone around the corner, not only do you get a lifetime warranty but they are also cheap since I don’t think anyone wants to overpay for any car service. The head mechanic Chuy is your man to talk to about any concern over your vehicle. He will will quote you and tell you when your car will be done and returned to you. There are plenty of other techs in the shop to get the job done right.”
