“My first transaction with Rome's was an alignment job and I really liked that they didn't try to up sell anything else. A few days later my wife's Sienna was making a weird sound. I took it in and they diagnosed the issue (water pump) I had them take care of it. Less than a year later I heard the same sound and took it back. They confirmed it was a bad part, took it in and called me when it was ready and didn't charge me a single dime. They owned it completely and apologized. That's great service!! Right away I felt welcomed and since January I’ve never stopped attending. Sean and Nico are both amazing trainers they get to know you as an individual which is hard to find nowadays with other trainers. They care for your health and have many recommendations that work best for you. Not only are they good to me,but to my one year old daughter who is always at the gym with me. She always feels free to run and play and she sometimes has Nico and Sean chasing after her. I strongly recommend this gym not only because they are hard core in there workouts,but also because they make you feel like family.”
