  Leanne is an incredible inspiration and dedicated coach. Having been an avid runner before meeting her, I was just starting to gain interest in triathlon when she took me under her wing and helped me be the best I could be with cycling and swimming. The workouts were challenging, but completely customized to help me improve without increasing the risk of injury. My work schedule was often a barrier with completing my workouts, but she helped me find the right balance and motivated me to be consistent. Highly recommend!

  After a long pause in triathlon I decided that I wanted to do it again, (I am a 67-year-old grandma) I found Leanne and I am grateful I did, she has taken me step by step into a better athlete version of myself, she has encouraged me and through carefully designed workouts is getting me ready for yet another Half Ironman. If you want someone that cares and who will take into account your life to make you reach your goals, Leanne is that person

  IMMD 2021 will be my first (and most likely only Ironman), so I've been understandably ignorant about many things that come into play with an Ironman race. Leanne helped get me comfortable with a dynamic training plan that provided for interesting and variable workouts. She has been supportive and constructive when life has taken over and gotten in the way of my training. She's also been a big cheerleader and I could genuinely feel her happiness when I'd have an accomplishment during one of my lead up races/events. Would highly recommend!!!

  Coach Leanne is detail oriented and meticulous. She has an organized plan to help her athletes achieve their highest level of performance. She executes that plan through structured workouts and communication with the athlete that makes her coaching style so unique. She is very specific in her approach, which yields the desired results and a very satisfied athlete.

  I worked with Leanne for about 16 months to get me to the next level while I was training for half-iron distances and half-marathons.
  
  Simply, I ended up several levels beyond where I expected to be. Her workout plans are solid and well designed. I learned a bunch about how to train and prepare for races including the peak weeks just before the race.
  
  I'd recommend her coaching to anyone that is looking for a solid, experienced multi-sport coach!
