I felt very welcomed and while waiting, things they were doing for other customers were amazing. Putting on license plates for elderly for free and I just needed to rotate tires and they did that free for me too. I am definitely getting my next tires here. Totally RECOMMEND this place.

(January 25, 2020, 9:05 pm)Wow, super customer service... this was my first visit and service tech, Noah installed 2 front tires on my class A Motorhome. He also balanced them... not with 10oz of beads but real weights... Checked and topped off all of the rest of my tires and wasn't pushy on sales like some places I have used in the past. The job came out perfect so I will definitely be using Les Schwab Tire Center again and would recommend them to friends. The atmosphere inside was super busy yet still professional... Thank you Ashley for coordinating this last minute service while I was in a pinch!

(November 5, 2019, 11:20 am)I had an appointment at 8am and expected it was going to take a while. I had prepared to ride my bicycle down the road to a coffee shop to work from my laptop. They explained it would only take about an hour or so. They also told me they had free wifi, coffee, tables to sit at. So I was able to work in a very quiet environment while I waited for my truck to get 4 new tires. They gave me a great deal and I honestly don't know how they make money as the labor on my bill was very low compared to the 2 hours I was there.

(October 23, 2019, 12:16 am)Both the Manager and Shop floor mechanics where outstanding! Great customer service and genuinely smart techs. I am very mechanically inclined so watching them work and noticing the time and genuine care they put into my truck made me feel good about the work. Amazing outcome and my truck drives great. No complaints once so ever!
