Afternoon tea at Corbeaux was an absolute delight. The tea service was exquisite, and the atmosphere was beautifully demure, exuding an "old money, have a cigar" vibe that added to the overall experience. While we initially went for tea, the highlight was our engaging conversation with the resident sommelier, Mark (with a K - please don’t insult him!!) He was incredibly knowledgeable, and we thoroughly enjoyed picking his brain about wine. The experience was so enjoyable that we’re already looking forward to returning for a wine tasting. I highly recommend Corbeaux for anyone seeking a refined and memorable experience.
Best meal of the year. I’m OBSESSED. Wherever else you’ve considered 5 stars before is wrong. This is 5 star. This is stunning food, beautiful environment, incredible staff & service.
Did the prix fixe - the black cod took the cake for savory… and the cake & cream took anything that was left to take. Divine. Exquisite. Will be dreaming of this meal until my next chance to dine here again.
The camera only eats after I try a bite so the presentation is even better than pictured.

We had an extraordinary dining experience at Corbeaux Wine and Tea House by Matin du Bois Vintners in Temecula on August 10th. The four-course prix fixe menu, paired with exceptional wines, was simply outstanding. Each dish was artfully crafted and full of flavor, perfectly complemented by the wine selections. The service was top-notch, making the evening truly memorable. Corbeaux Wine and Tea House is a gem in Temecula and a must-visit for anyone seeking a refined dining experience!
Wow! if there ever is a restaurant well on it's way to a Michelin Star, it is this one. Delightful dishes paired with local wines. The interior space is bright and cozy, decorated with a splash of French country style. There are various high to low seating options. Service was excellent thanks to Gabe.
Exquisite fine dining at its best. Usually, I think of fine dining restaurant as just one that makes a filet mignon that you can cut with a butter knife. But this place is a dining experience much more than just preparing a steak.
I chose the Prix Fixe menu and paired it with the wine pairing. It was all amazing. The Oysters with a champagne green tea mignonette, the Black Cod in a blood orange curry sauce and of course a Filet Mignon made with a raspberry coffee rub were all heavenly. Just the bread served hot with a honey lavender butter was an exquisite touch.
The butter cake desert with a miso popcorn ice cream? I mean, this chef is amazing.
I can't recommend this restaurant enough when you top it off with the best service I've received from a restaurant in years.
