I was in the market for a used car and have heard great things about OH Acura of Temecula. Although I live about an hour away, I chose to make the trip, and they did not disappoint. My salesman Aly was not only knowledgeable but also very understanding and accommodating of my needs. He made the whole process feel painless, and once I went inside to meet his super cool managers, Andy and Armindo, I was out less than an hour later with my CLA 250! Overall they were very transparent, straightforward and made the whole process feel like a breeze. On Sunday Feb 19th, 2023 I came in to OH Acura of Temecula just to browse and see what my options were. I was greeted by Christian Caudillo and I immediately told him I was just browsing and does not needed help yet. He was happy to let me browse and says to let him know if I have any questions. I love that they didn't pressure me or send another sales person to come and harass me! Christian and Armindo, the sales manager, was very professional and respectful with me as a customer. There was never, I felt, any pressure to purchase a car from them. they were helpful and understanding of my situations. Fast forward to Friday, 02/24. We were able to come to terms with the numbers and got the deal done. Angel Santos, the finance manager, was very thorough and explained everything in details to me. In summary, I appreciated Christian, Armindo, and Angel for a good car buying experience! I will definitely will purchase another car from them in the future and definitely will refer my friends and family to them!
