Started with an offseason plan last October for 12 weeks as a first time client. I wanted to get back on stage since I have been in offseason building /bulking / improving and was worried about messing up. Worked w Kim for those 12 weeks went from 160.5# to 143# with very nice muscle retention and definition. Hard work obvioulsy. Now I am working on my first prep for 2019. Love his honesty , straight to the point approach, training style and all of his staff. Responses and check in are so smooth and prompt. Couldn't be happier. 2019 is going to be amazing! Probably the best personal training facility you can find. Kim Oddo coaches and help more ladies all over the world become fitness competitors. He is a genius in exactly what to do, and how long it should take to sculpt the body. He coached me through a 4 month process and onto a Long beach competition that I felt so amazing about how I looked and the work I put in. The trainer, Dean Dexter, knows how to tweak the exercises to get you the most change in minimal time. His background in physical therapy has been invaluable in transforming my body and helping me recuperate from any injuries I may incur. This place is top notch for any level of physical fitness you want to try. I've watched Dean train people from 18-80 and improve strength, balance, basic movements, transform people mentally an physically.
Kim is the best. He had gotten me ready for a number of shows throughout the years, but most importantly he got me looking my best for my wedding. He is friendly, funny, and if you follow his plan, you will get results! I am forever thankful that he got me feeling my best on the biggest day of my life.
