My 87 year old friend needed 24/7 in-home care to get better from an 8 month long illness. He wasn't getting better in the recovery or board and care facilities he tried. Being in his own home was the best solution. In 3 months he was back on his feet and taking care of himself again. Multiple caregivers were needed to do the full-time coverage. Each one had a different set of strengths. If there was any hiccup, the owner of Thy Care was able to resolve any of the minor problems - usually just coverage scheduling. Responding to problems is how I measure the quality of a company. I'd recommend them for any in-home care.
