  Extremely Helpful. Troy Smith was both extremely helpful & essential, in selling the home on behalf of an estate I had represented in Murrieta. He came into a complex and lengthy situation, and did not flinch. His extensive network of contractors was beyond useful in making improvements to the home and bringing it up to speed. He managed and supervised the projects seamlessly and cheerfully, which also saved the estate many thousands of dollars. Along with his expertise in knowing the local market, and how to best market the property (his marketing is very impressive), as well as planned and accurate pricing to produce a number of buyers wanting the property for top dollar. This subsequently resulted in price competition, which greatly advantaged us. He is great to work with, highly responsive and sees the project all the way through!   Pain͏ Free Deal
  I recently purchased a home in Lake Riverside Estates. Not having a lot of experience with real estate deals, it was difficult for me to know where to start when I was independently shopping. I had spoken to a couple of agents, but I wasn’t all that comfortable with any of them, so I continued to shop on my own. I stumbled upon Troy Smith at an open house and immediately felt good vibes. Troy walked me through the process step-by-step, kept me updated on progress and made this deal so pain free. After our deal was done he actually provided me with support, such as vendors for services and warranties, for a smooth transition to my new home. I would highly recommend Troy Smith for any real estate transactions whether it be selling or purchasing of an existing home, or purchasing a lot for development. This man knows his stuff and I couldn’t be happier with the choice I made with Troy as my agent.

  Superlative
  I͏ have been friends with Troy Smith for over 8 years now. I first met Troy when I bought my current home a little over 8 years ago. He has also represented my intrest as a seller in the sale of investment properties. I can honestly say that I don't think anyone works harder on the behalf of his clients as Troy. He goes beyond and above exceptions in making sure his clients are satisfied. I also appreciate his advice. He is very knowledgeable and makes a lot of sense. When Troy advises I listen. It so refreshing to meet a professional that "gets you", understands your goals and needs. What more can I say? I value Troy's work, and positive personality, and and am very grateful for his friendship.

  Excellent,͏ dependable, and reliable The perfect Realitor.
  Troy found us the perfect house in a great neighborhood. We were on a time restraint and he showed us several houses right away. He listens and is very perceptive, he knew which house we would like the best and he was right. When showing us houses he was very knowledgeable about everything to do with the house, the neighborhood and the surrounding area. He is very accommodating and constantly communicated with us during the whole process. Troy made a very stressful decision much easier. His knowledge is impeccable. I highly recommend him.

  Professional,͏ knowledgeable, quick to respond, proactive yet patient, easy going, go to guy. To͏ sum it up in my own words, Troy is a Superstar. When my family teamed up with Troy there was a sense of calm and confidence in him. His years of experience and his positive attitude combine to make it feel as if you had a close family member, knowledgeable about the selling/buying process on your side and so it creates a feeling of a true 'team'. Troy assisted with project management for the many repairs required on our house. I remember telling him as much as I appreciate your assistance managing the restoration project, his time to shine was when he would start to advertise and list our house. Well.....true to those words Troy knocked it out of the park, home run! We received more than our initial asking price and closed inside of 30 days! What more can I say? Trust in Troy.
