Excellent Auto Care and Tire

Came here on a Sunday afternoon for a smog test. They got me in right away, answered a few of my questions, and I was out the door in about 45 minutes! Very friendly and very reasonably priced. I will now be coming here for vehicle oil changes instead of Valvoline, which is double the price!

They fixed the clicking sound in my steering wheel. Did a great job. I thought my car would be there longer but they got it done in a day. I was still able to use the loaner car which I appreciate b/c I have a mostly graveyard shift at my work. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to have gotten the AAA discount b/c I didn't show my AAA card. Though I do have one. I forgot to show it.

I know why they're claiming Excellent. It's because they are! They're friendly, efficient and affordable. Very affordable. I was shocked when they told me how little I was to be charged for all the work they were to do on my car. My mother told me a few years ago that she only takes her car to EAC and now so will I. I drive in from an hour away to this place because I know and trust them.

As always, top notch service, repair and customer service with usually a cheery laugh. Great value and a no pressure to approach. We've been going there since 2001, they maintain integrity!

These guys are amazing. I had a major breakdown on my way home to Canada and on a fluke brought it in to these guys. I have never seen any shop bend over backwards to get me back on the road and back home. You can truly tell that they care about their customers not just the bottom line.
