“I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am for Silverado Hospice. My dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2020 at 49 years old and when it came time to have hospice services, my family was recommended Silverado by Scripps. The nurse my parents had interviewed was the one. Right off the bat my pops knew she was the right one for him. But it wasn’t even for just him. Throughout the entire process Audrey was standing tall and kept us all in a positive mind. The sleepless nights I had while taking care of my dad were accompanied by her through all hours, just to give me conversation and have open ears for what I had to say. My dad, and my entire family were in the right hands. No matter the hour of the night, if I sent her a text she’d come to the house to assist with whatever we needed or just be there as extra help on Stand by. It was great to know that we had someone to rely on and that did everything with smile on her face. Over a year later we still communicate with her and have developed a bond with her through the short experience we had. The amount of compassion shown made the entire experience that should have been hell, a bit easier. As for the preparedness of the company as a whole, anything we needed we got at a moments notice. Prescriptions were conveniently delivered to the house 24 hours a day and when medical equipment was needed it was provided. Without Silverado, I’m not sure how my family would have made it possible. So thank you Silverado hospice, and thank you Audrey!”

They have Diana come 3 days a week in the morning so I get some time to get my golf game in. John was very helpful in reaching out to my LTC insurance and got things running smoothly. “I went in to see Dr Satinder Mann for a nerve conduction test. She was absolutely wonderful and kept me feeling comfortable through out the whole test. This isn't a pain free type thing either. Super grateful that I was able to see her because this was the best experience I've had with a doctor throughout my health troubles. She was very knowledgeable, explained every step of the way and was able to give me great advice. I wish she could be my doctor permenantly.”

“I went to this program for about two months to deal with my depression, anxiety, and OCD. I was reluctant at first, mostly due to the fact that my commute was long and I'd never experienced group therapy before. It can feel overwhelming being vulnerable to strangers. However, my therapist reassured me discomfort was apart of the process. Curtis is the greatest therapist I've ever had. He is patient, insightful, and incredibly caring. The sense of community and belonging you feel being around so many people with similar experiences to you is nothing short of incredible. I would recommend this program to absolutely anyone struggling mentally. They are the reason I'm able to cope so well now. I owe this place a lot.”

“I had my first appointment at Dr. Chakrabarty's office recently. And I was seen by Michelle Porter for my 1st assessment. I was so impressed by everyone in this office. Everyone was so relaxed and everyone was friendly and kind. All of my questions were answered and everything was explained to me thoroughly. I was given all the information I need printed out to take home and how to contact them for questions. I did, days later call to ask a question and even the kind women who I spoke with on the phone was friendly with a light and easy demeanor. I'll be having a couple of procedures soon and I feel very safe and confident that I'm in the best of care.”

“Not sure what happened to all of Dr Cutt's reviews but I wanted to reinstate how much he and his anesthesiologist (forgot his name) and assisting staff helped me out. I had a severe tooth abscess that needed removal with a very high case of dental anxiety to boot. Insurance dentists wouldn't pull it and wanted to keep rescheduling me out....meanwhile this thing was rotting away in my head, giving me fevers, and some of the worst pain I've ever felt for several months. Dr Cutts listened to my position and didn't try to upsell me on a root canal or any other procedures and ultimately got my tooth out. My quality of life improved so much after having the tooth finally removed. Dr Cutts is not a run of the mill dentist and I would be happy to find a regular doctor and a good car mechanic that share the same heart, principles and pride in their professions.”
